While he started his career as an Systems Analyst at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), United Nations. Probir has held leadership positions as Group Head, VP, CTO and CEO/COO in Dept of Atomic Energy (DAE), Star TV (NewsCorp) and the Havas Group respectively.
Probir is senior advisor at the World Association of Small- Medium Enterprises (WASME).

Heather has worked in partnership with HRH the Duchess of Edinburgh as part of her role as the Chair CMI Women. Heather also provided special advisory assistance to Queen Maximus of the Netherlands for her women in entrepreneurship programme.
